Enter width × height and see it at real size on your screen, handy before you buy online

Enter width × height or a diameter and the shape is drawn on your screen at real size. Use it when an online shop lists a product's size only in numbers and you want to see how big it really is.
How to use
- On your first visit, press "Calibrate screen" and match the screen to a card or a coin.
- Enter the "Width", "Height" and "Unit" (mm, cm or inch). For a round object, change "Shape" to "Circle" and enter the "Diameter".
- To compare several objects, press "Add a size" and choose "Overlapping" or "Side by side" under "Arrangement".
- Under "Compare with a known object", pick a card, a coin, a sheet of paper or another object to draw it beside your sizes. "Copy link" shares the sizes with someone else.
How it works
- If a size does not fit on the screen, it is drawn smaller at a scale such as 1:2, 1:5 or 1:10, and the scale is shown in large type.
- "Show a photo at real size" displays a product photo at the width you set; the height follows the picture's proportions. The photo stays on this device and is not part of the share link.
- The table below the drawing lists every size in mm, cm and inches.
Questions and answers
- How big is 30 cm in real life?
- Enter 30 as the width or height and choose cm; it is drawn at that length. If it does not fit, it is drawn to scale, so choose A4 or Letter paper as the known object to compare it with.
- Why does the size on my screen look wrong?
- The screen is probably not calibrated yet. Press "Calibrate screen" and match a card or a coin, and the shapes are drawn at real size.
- How do I convert inches to cm?
- Multiply the inches by 2.54. Enter the size in inches and the table shows it in mm and cm as well.
