How it works
- The exact definitions 1 in = 2.54 cm, 1 ft = 12 in, 1 lb = 0.45359237 kg and 1 st = 14 lb are used, and values are rounded to 0.1.
- The height chart covers 150–200 cm in 5 cm steps and the weight chart 40–120 kg in 5 kg steps, with the row nearest your value highlighted.
