Travel Itinerary Maker
Lay out your trip day by day with times, places and costs, then print it
Loading the tool…
Builds a day-by-day travel plan with times, places, costs and booking numbers, and prints it as a detailed list, a one-page table or a small folding card. Use it to organise a trip and keep the plan on paper or on your phone.
How to use
- Enter the "Trip title", "Start date", "End date" and "Travellers"; a column appears for each day.
- Press "+ Add a plan" under a day and fill in the time, type, place, cost and booking number.
- Drag a plan by its handle to change the order or move it to another day, or tap it to edit, duplicate or delete it.
- Switch between "Day by day" and "One-table summary", and check the day summaries and the total cost.
- Choose a print layout and press "Print", or use "Copy as text" and "Save file".
How it works
- Each day shows the first and last time, the number of plans and the cost total. Costs in different currencies are added up separately, and the per-person amount is the total divided by the number of travellers.
- If you shorten the trip, plans outside the new dates are kept under "Plans outside the trip dates" instead of being deleted.
- There are no maps, directions or live information. A trip can have up to 60 days.
- Trips, notes and booking numbers are saved only in this browser on this device; use "Save file" and "Open file" to move them.
Questions and answers
- How do I make a travel itinerary?
- Set the trip dates, then add each plan to its day with a time and place. Sort each day by time and print the plan or copy it as text.
- Can I print the itinerary on one page?
- Yes. Choose "One-page table" before printing. A trip with many plans may still need more than one sheet.
- How does the wallet card work?
- It prints four panels on one sheet; fold along the dashed lines across and down the middle to get a card about the size of a credit card. Long plans can be cut off, so check the preview.
- Can I use the plan on another device?
- Press "Save file" to download a JSON file, then press "Open file" on the other device to load it.
