Loading the tool…
A checklist of what to pack for the birth and what to have ready at home for a newborn. Change quantities and notes, add or remove items, then print it or share it as text.
How to use
- Tick an item when it is ready. "Items not ready yet" and the progress bar update at once.
- Change quantities with "−" and "+". Press "⋯" to add a note, mark the item, move it or delete it.
- Add anything missing under "Add an item" by typing a name, choosing where to add it and pressing "Add".
- Use "Show" to see only "Not ready", "To buy" or "Gifts expected".
- "Print" gives a list with tick boxes and "Copy as text" gives text to paste into a message. Both follow the current view.
How it works
- Items are grouped into the mother's hospital bag, baby things for going home, the partner, documents, and feeding, diapers, bath, sleep, going out and clothes at home.
- No products or brands are recommended, and quantities are only starting values. Check the list your hospital gives you as well.
- Ticks, quantities, notes and added items are saved only in this browser on this device. "Back to the starting list" clears them.
