Reward Chart Maker
Make a printable sticker reward chart with your child's goals
Loading the tool…
Makes a sticker reward chart from your child's goal, a number of cells and a reward, and prints it on A4 or Letter paper. Use it to build habits such as brushing teeth or tidying up; you can also tap cells to place stickers on screen.
How to use
- Enter the "Child's name" and a title, and under "Chart type" choose "One goal, fill the cells" or "Weekly goals table".
- For one goal, set the "Goal", the "Number of cells" (10, 20, 30 or 50) and the "Layout" (path, grid or circle). For a weekly table, write one goal per line under "Goals".
- Write what the child gets under "Reward", and choose a "Shape" and a "Color".
- Choose "Paper" and "Orientation" and print, or tap cells in the preview to place stickers on screen.
How it works
- A weekly table holds up to 8 goals, each with a cell for every day. Decoration is plain shapes, such as stars, hearts, clouds, flowers and circles, in six color sets, including black and white.
- Charts and on-screen stickers are saved only in this browser on this device. A printed chart is always blank.
- When every cell is filled, the page shows a short message and the reward, if one was entered.
Questions and answers
- How many cells should a first reward chart have?
- There is no fixed rule. For a young child, one approach is to start with 10 cells that fill quickly and add more cells later.
- Can I make a separate chart for each child?
- Yes. Make more charts with "New chart" or "Duplicate" and switch between them under "Saved charts".
- How do I remove a sticker placed by mistake?
- Tap the cell again. "Remove all stickers" clears every sticker on the chart at once.
