Printable Calendar Maker

Choose a year and month to make a monthly, yearly, multi-month or weekly planner calendar, then print it or save it as PDF or PNG. Use it to print your own wall calendar, desk calendar or planner.

How to use

1. Under "Type", choose "Monthly", "Yearly", "Several months" or "Weekly planner", and set the "Year" and "Month".
2. Set "Week starts on", "Paper", "Orientation", "Text size", "Note lines" and "Accent colour". Turn on "Add photo" to put a photo at the top.
3. Add birthdays or days off under "Special days and holidays". To add many, write one per line under "Add many at once".
4. Press "Print", or save a file with "Save as PDF" or "Save as PNG".

How it works

• No public holidays are built in, so add the days you need. Days marked as holidays use the Sunday color. Your days, settings and photo are saved in this browser on this device.
• "Week numbers" follow ISO 8601: weeks start on Monday, and week 1 is the week that contains the first Thursday of the year.
• Years from 1900 to 2100 can be chosen, and up to 24 pages can be made at once.

Questions and answers

Does the calendar show public holidays?

No holiday data is built in. Under "Add many at once", a line such as "2027-07-04 Independence Day *" adds a holiday; leave out the year to repeat it every year.

Can I print a whole year on one page?

Yes. Choose "Yearly" under "Type" to put all 12 months on one sheet. For one large month per page, choose "Several months" and set "Number of pages" to 12.

Why does my calendar print with margins or on two sheets?

In the print dialog, choose scale "Actual size (100%)" and margins "None", so each page prints on exactly one sheet.
