Loading the tool…
Enter your name, job title and contact details, choose a template, and save the business card as PNG or PDF. Use it to print cards at home or to prepare a file for a print shop.
How to use
- Under "Card details", fill in the name, job title, company, phone, email, website, address and back side text.
- Under "Design", choose one of 8 templates and the "Size", "Orientation", "Font" and "Accent colour". Add a logo and a QR code if you want.
- To save a single card, press "Front as PNG", "Back as PNG" or "Card PDF (front and back)".
- To print it yourself, set the paper and gap under "Several cards on one sheet" and save the "Sheet PDF". For a print shop, turn on "Add 3 mm bleed".
How it works
- Sizes: 90 × 50 mm (Korea), 3.5 × 2 in (US, Canada), 85 × 55 mm (Europe) and 91 × 55 mm (Japan). PNG files are saved at 300 dpi.
- The QR code can hold your contact details (vCard) or a web address. A QR code with a lot of content is dense, so check that a phone reads it after printing.
- Your details, design settings and logo are saved in this browser on this device.
Questions and answers
- What size is a business card?
- It depends on the country: 3.5 × 2 in (88.9 × 50.8 mm) in the US and Canada, 85 × 55 mm in Europe, 91 × 55 mm in Japan and 90 × 50 mm in Korea.
- What is bleed?
- Bleed is extra background printed beyond the trim line, so that no white edge appears if the cut is slightly off. This tool adds 3 mm; print shops may ask for a different amount.
- Why are my printed cards the wrong size?
- In the print dialog, choose scale "Actual size (100%)" and margins "None". Printers can shift a few millimetres, so test on plain paper first and measure with a ruler.
