Build a weekly class schedule, then save it as an image or print it
Loading the tool…
Build a weekly class timetable for university or school, then save it as an image or print it. It can also be saved in a phone wallpaper shape or exported as a calendar file.
How to use
- Under "Grid settings (days, hours, periods)", choose the days (Mon–Fri, Mon–Sat or Mon–Sun) and "Clock time" or "Periods", then set the hours or the period times.
- Under "Add a class", enter the "Class name", "Room", "Instructor", days, start and end times and color, then press "Add to timetable". You can also drag on an empty part of the grid to pick the time.
- Tap a class to edit or delete it. A warning appears if two classes overlap.
- Press "Save as image", "Print", "Copy link" or "Calendar file (.ics)". For the image, choose "Standard" or "Phone wallpaper".
How it works
- If you enter "Credits", the total credits are shown, together with the class time per week.
- With "Term starts" and "Term ends" filled in, the classes in the .ics file repeat every week; without them, only this week is exported. Times are local time on your device.
- Up to 12 timetables with up to 60 classes each are saved in this browser on this device. Opening a link from "Copy link" adds that timetable as a new one.
