Group Meeting Time Finder
Overlay everyone's availability to find a time that works for all. No accounts — it travels in a link
Loading the tool…
Each person paints the times they are free on a shared grid, and the overlay shows when everyone is available. There are no accounts and no server: the setup and all answers travel in one link.
How to use
- Under "Meeting setup", enter a "Meeting name", pick "Specific dates" or "Days of the week", and set "From", "Until" and the "Slot length".
- Enter "My name", choose "Available", "If needed" or "Not available", and click or drag over the grid to paint.
- Press "Copy link" and post it in your group chat. Each person paints their times and posts a new link the same way.
- Read the result in the "Everyone" grid and under "Best times". Click a slot to see who is and is not available.
How it works
- Answers are not collected automatically, so always open the most recent link; for the same name the later edit is kept. You can also merge "Copy only my answer" texts with "Merge pasted answers".
- "Works for everyone" lists slots that every person painted as "Available". "Works for the most people" counts "If needed" as half a person.
- A meeting holds up to 31 dates and 100 answers. Recent meetings and your name are saved in this browser on this device.
Questions and answers
- How can a group find a meeting time without signing up?
- Create the meeting and share the link. Each person paints their times and shares the new link, so the answers build up in the link.
- Why can I not see the other answers?
- Open the link that the other person posted after painting. Opening different links one after another merges them here.
- Can I plan a meeting that repeats every week?
- Choose "Days of the week" and the grid uses Monday to Sunday instead of dates. These meetings are not converted between time zones.
- Does it work for people in different time zones?
- A meeting set by dates is saved in the organizer's time zone, and each person can switch "Show times in" to their own time zone.
