Paste student names to print a class list, attendance sheet or assignment checklist

Turns a pasted list of student names into a printable class list, an assignment checklist, a dated attendance sheet, a score sheet or group lists. Use it when you need a class roster template or a sheet to check homework, supplies or permission slips.
How to use
- Under "Student list", write one name per line, or copy the number and name columns from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them. Check the "Number column" and "Name column".
- Under "Sheet type", choose "Class list", "Checklist", "Attendance sheet", "Score sheet" or "Group lists".
- For a checklist or score sheet, set the "Column titles" and the "Number of columns". For an attendance sheet, set the start and end dates, "Weekdays off" and "Days off".
- Under "Layout", choose the "Row height", "Orientation" and "Bold line every 5 rows", then press "Print".
How it works
- The attendance sheet has one column for each school day in the period, with the weekday, and starts a new page for each month. The period can be up to two years, and at most 400 dates are made.
- On "Record on screen", you can mark checklists, attendance sheets and score sheets directly and download them with "Save as CSV".
- Lists are saved only in this browser and never leave this device. You can keep several classes, and the classroom jobs tool can load the same list.
Questions and answers
- Can I paste a class list straight from Excel?
- Yes. Copy several columns, such as number, name and group, and they are read as separate columns. Switch on "First line is a header" if the first line holds titles, and choose "Number automatically" if there are no numbers.
- How do I leave weekends and holidays out of an attendance sheet?
- Saturday and Sunday are set as "Weekdays off" at the start. Write holidays under "Days off" as 2026-05-25 or 7/3, and those date columns are left out.
- How do on-screen marks work?
- Each tap cycles through ✓, ✕, △ and blank. On a score sheet you type numbers, and a total is shown for each student.
- Can this replace an official attendance register?
- It is a simple checking sheet. It does not follow the format of any official school register.
