Bingo Card Generator
Make sets of different bingo cards from your word list and print them
Loading the tool…
Makes sets of printable bingo cards from a word list or a number range, each card with a different arrangement, and adds a caller screen that draws the items one at a time. Use it for classroom review games or party games.
How to use
- Under "Items", choose "Word list", "Number range" or "US bingo 1–75". For words, write one word or phrase per line.
- Set the "Card size" (3 × 3, 4 × 4 or 5 × 5), the "Number of cards" (1 to 40) and "Cards per page".
- Press "Make new cards" for a different arrangement, then press "Print".
- During the game, open the "Caller" tab and press "Draw next" to show each item in large letters.
How it works
- The items are shuffled differently on every card, so no two cards are the same. Duplicate items are removed, and the text size is fitted to the cells.
- The same "Set number" makes the same cards again. The list of drawn items is kept in this browser, so it survives a page reload.
- "US bingo 1–75" makes 5 × 5 cards with 1–15 under B, 16–30 under I, 31–45 under N, 46–60 under G and 61–75 under O.
Questions and answers
- How many words do I need for a 5x5 bingo card?
- 24 with the FREE space in the middle, or 25 without it. Add more than that so the cards differ more. A 3 × 3 card needs 8 or 9, and a 4 × 4 card needs 16.
- Is every card different?
- Yes. A repeated arrangement is shuffled again. If the list is too short to make more different cards, the page says how many are possible.
- Can I use the keyboard on the caller screen?
- Yes. Space or the right arrow draws the next item, the left arrow undoes it, and F turns full screen on.
- Can a 4x4 card have a FREE space?
- No. Only 3 × 3 and 5 × 5 cards have a middle cell, so only they get the FREE space.
